Balsamic Reduction is a great and easy way to make inexpensive balsamic vinegar feel fancy.

Balsamic Reduction

  1. Pour about 1/3 of a cup of balsamic vinegar into a pan and heat over MEDIUM-HIGH
  2. When vinegar starts to bubble, turn down to MEDIUM and start stirring with a spatula or wooden spoon
  3. Keep stirring throughout until the vinegar thickens, about 5 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and let cool


*Balsamic Reduction can be stored for up to a month in the fridge; let it warm up to room temperature before use.

*Use this as a salad dressing for our Fig and Prosciutto Salad or our Caprese Salad.
